i survived week 1!

so natalie kept asking me if i was going to start a blog while i nanny jackson for these few short weeks...

since i love writing & taking picture i figured it would be a good way to share with nat & chad what me & jackson are up to during the day -- as well as a way for me to always have these memories documented :)

the reason this is titled, i survived is because... i bet if you would of asked my family a year ago if i would ever be a nanny they would say no -- i am the youngest & never grew up around kids.  i never really had an interest but now i couldn't imagine my life without jackson!  i think i am kinda starting to grow on him...

we did a lot of fun things this week.  went to noodles with britt, the park, the zoo, played with chloe, saw a puppy, ice cream @ macys - here are a few pictures!

i think the highlights of the week were:

- whenever he wakes up from his nap!  he is so cute & quiet.

- blowing bubbles at least 4 times a day.

- giving him blackberries & mac & cheese - his favorites!  he gets SO excited.

- putting music on & dancing to country :)

- @ the zoo when jackson splashed in the fountains.

- playing under doggy at the park on the swings & making jackson laugh his hardest.

- trying to get him to call me "izzy"

hopefully next week i will post daily & will get a little more detailed!
